PROCEED WITH CAUTION: FILLED WITH RANTING ABOUT MOVIES AND PHOTOSHOP'D SCREENCAPS

LIKE SO.
Okies...so... I watched...erm...movies. I re-watched some, then I watched some 'new' ones. The new ones being "Låt den rätte komma in (Let the Right One In)", "The Dark Knight", and "Resident Evil: Degeneration".
The first
two films are AWESHUM. D: I don't care about what those people said about
The Dark Knight or how they might compare
Twilight to
Let the Right One In. THEY'RE MADE OF PURE WIN. I RECOMMEND YOUR WATCHINGNESS OF THESE~
WATCH THEM!

If you haven't already.
First off, I'll start with
Let the Right One In. It's a Swedish vampire movie, both bloody and disturbing. Yet sweet. It's about a bullied boy (not a Mary Sue) and a female vampire (who burns under the sun). AND AND I'm not gonna spoil any more than that. Just...it's about a REAL VAMPIRE. By "real" meaning not sparkly and perfect and personality-less. Yes, Cullen, I'm talking about you.
Maybe this is just because I have my own preferences and stuff, but I really much like it better when vampire fiction holds true to the real vampire myths. Drinking the blood of humans in an uncontrollable fashion, literally burning under the sun...that kinda thing. This movie works just like that. There's blood and pain and all everywhere. Just how a vampire movie should be.
I should read the novel...

...AND AND AND THE DARK KNIGHT!!!
No words can express the greatness of this film. Even "awesomeness" doesn't suffice. Despite some major plot holes, this movie actually made me
feel. It felt so dark that my chest actually hurt while watching it. That doesn't happen very often.
I think the "critics" who didn't like the film didn't try to grasp the feeling and mood it was trying to convey. To try and put realism to this one is just plain wrong. Who cares if Joker can mysteriously be everywhere at once? Who cares if Batman never seemed to be acting sensibly? Who cares if Two-Face suddenly becomes who he is because he woke up with a burnt face?
C'mon, people.

Everyone in the film, re-casted though they may be, played their roles well. They didn't just say their lines for the sake of delivering them. It's not only Heath Ledger. Everyone else did a great job.
Lastly, I'm not really a fan of Batman. I was never interested in his battiness. But I ended up liking the film anyway. So I'm not an over-hyped fan. I didn't watch the film so that I could gush at its greatness with everyone else. I'm actually pretty critical when it comes to things like these...
WHICH BRINGS US TO THE NEXT MOVIE~ Resident Evil: Degeneration!

Seriously, WTF.
Not to be harsh or anything but... WHAT THE HELL WERE THEY THINKING RELEASING THIS TO THE THEATERS?!
They should have just released this as a game. The movie is just like a really long cut scene. I'm a big fan of the Resident Evil franchise (and Leon) but really... WTF.
It's not as though I didn't like the film overall. I have no problem with the story and the 'action'. Most of my problems were in the animation. With the technology nowadays you'd think they can make better. This might be a result of having watched FF7:CC and Pixar films though.
Lip-sync is awful. People walk awkwardly (especially Leon). Claire looks weird. WORST OF ALL, THERE'S ANGELA. DAMMIT.

LEON'S BUTT IS MINE, BITCH!!! D8<
AND AND AND Leon is superhuman. He can withstand strong blows to the head, he doesn't even get a bit woozy! AND AND he can carry heavy weight, like an adult woman and a big monster, with merely one leg and one arm while hanging onto a broken metal thingy for dear life! AND AND AND HE CAN FLY!!! ...no, wait...
...Leon is hawt. SRSLY.
...and...and...and... that's it.
Anticlimactic much?
